UPDATE...OH NO!....the plot thickens...
apparently, the Highway Dept Superintendent does not have a completed oath
either.... so those seats are effectively "vacant"... and unless Dewitt is in
Town, we won't even have a Town Board quorum....certainly hope Supervisor
Salka has contacted the County Clerk and the Town Lawyer, Tina Wayland-Smith. This has the making of a real mess ....
