Interesting article in the 12-29-09 Post Standard regarding Madison County MedicAID program. The MedicAID program covers the cost of health care for the poor. I am not knocking MedicAID.... it is essential for many and I don't wish to literally: throw the baby out with the bath water!....rather, to keep citizens informed and putting numbers to abstract ideas.
