WATERVILLE, NY - A Waterville, Oneida county man has been charged with sexually abusing an 11-year-old child, police said today. Eric Ward Curtis, 44, of Waterville has been charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony. Oneida County sheriff's deputies said the abuse occurred in November at Curtis' Waterville home.
