Are School Superintendents worth their COST?

Good article on the money spent for School Superintendents and their attempts to justify these rich salaries… BCS Superintendent Jim Plows comes out on top at $144,000 per year and a budget of $6 million (240 Students) vs. New York Mills Superintendent who only earns $139,000 and a $13 million budget (630 Students).  The highest earning school official in the Mohawk Valley raked in nearly $200,000 last year. That's almost $20,000 more than Gov. Andrew Cuomo grosses. http://www.uticaod.com/article/20150104/NEWS/150109896/1994/NEWS
