Mobile Office Hours Quick Guide
- Mobile Office Hours allow caseworkers to travel to various parts of the district to allow easier access to constituents needing assistance with federal agencies
- Constituents can come in during the stated time slot to request assistance from the Representative’s staff members or to express concerns with a specific issue
- The Representative will not be attending the mobile office hours
- The setting is meeting style, constituents can meet privately with caseworkers if they request it upon arrival
- Constituents are asked to sign in upon arrival before speaking to a caseworker
- Please direct all questions regarding Mobile Office Hours procedure to Representative Tenney’s New Hartford District Office, which can be reached at 315-732-0713
- Thank you for allowing us to host Mobile Office Hours in your town
Staff members from Representative Tenney’s New Hartford District Office will be offering Mobile Office Hours in the Town of Brookfield on Thursday, November 9th at the Town Hall from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The staff will be available to provide assistance and answer questions regarding federal agencies and programs such as VA and Social Security or help searching for federal grants.

TAKE NOTICE THAT in accordance with Local Law No.3 of 1992, a curfew of 8:00 pm will be enforced on October 29, 30, and 31 and November 1 and 2. Violators may be subject to fine, imprisonment or both. This law is on file with the Secretary of State.
